Right next to our escape rooms In Stilling and Silkeborg, parking is available for free.

Booking closes 12 hours before the game time to ensure staffing. If you need a last-minute booking, you are welcome to contact us via the contact form.

We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before the start. As a general rule we never charge for cancellations.

Arrive 5–10 minutes before your game time and wait in our lounge. A game master will welcome you, give an introduction and be available with hints along the way. The game itself lasts up to 60 minutes – allow roughly 1½ hours in total.

Our games are primarily designed for adults, but children can enjoy them a lot together with adults. Children up to 5 years participate for free. Special rules apply for the children's room Find Felix (Stilling location).

We recommend 2–5 players per room for the best experience. Maximum 6 people per room.

No. You can leave the escape room at any time if you wish to.

We accept payment by card and MobilePay.

Please inform our game master on arrival so we can take the necessary precautions.

In Stilling and Silkeborg we have escape rooms and lounge areas that are accessible for wheelchair users. Unfortunately we do not have disabled toilets. Contact us before booking so we can help find the right room for you.

Visibly intoxicated guests will unfortunately be turned away at the entrance. We want to ensure a great experience for everyone.
